This diet is ideal for those who don`t like to think much about what to eat during the diet.
The diet lasts for 10 days and all you need to do is include certain foods in your daily diet.
People were on this diet lost up to 7 kg. (Physical activity included).
This diet is based on cucumber which can be consumed in any amount whenever you feel hungry.
Other foods that you can eat during this diet are:
- 2 boiled eggs or 150 grams of tuna (without the oil) or 15 grams grilled white meat.
- 2 larger boiled potatoes ( the potatoes can be boiled, baked but not fried) or 3 peaces of whole wheat bread
- 0,5 kg of fresh fruits
- Liquids: water, tea, coffee (no sugar). No alcohol and soda drinks.
Every meal as well as between meals – feel free to dig in that fresh cucumber salad or make a cucumber shake. You can consume unlimited amounts of both whenever you feel hungry.
Cucumber Diet Menu (for a day):
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and one plate of cucumber salad
Between meal: 5 plums, or one big apple or one peach (lower than 200 gr)
Lunch: Toasted whole wheat bread and a bowl of cucumber salad
Between meal: Cucumber shake
Dinner: Fruit of your choice (300 grams)
What you need to make Cucumber Diet Salad (ingredients):
- 400 grams of cucumber
- 200 ml of sour milk or yogurt, salt and fresh young onion.
Peal and cut the cucumber to small pieces. Add salt and mix well until the salt is completely dissolved. Add sour milk or yogurt and mix it gently. Add the onion and serve.
Put the following in a blender: one cucumber (not pealed), one apple, a hand of washed spinach. Add some fresh ginger and mix well. Pour it in a glass and add pieces of crushed walnuts and almonds. Drink it while it is fresh, if you leave it for later it will loose it’s healing properties.
This drink will provide you with vitamins and minerals like vitamin A and K. It is rich with fiber, magnesium, iron, calcium, and vitamins C, E and B.
Some useful advice:
Make sure you buy only organic ingredients from trusted local farmers in order to avoid exposure to toxins and pesticides.
It is recommended that you be physically active during the diet. Do exercises or some sports, for example: 30 minutes of fast walking (until you start sweating) is a good idea.
